The measure of our success as a company is a customer that is 100% satisfied! Rather than make a giant legal document about our customer return policy we thought we would make it really simple so you can worry about planning the best event ever so here it is: If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order just contact us within 15 days of receiving it. If we can't fix your issue you can return it for a full refund we promise! After you are given a return authorization from our staff just send your order back unopened in its original box for a full refund.

1: If the issue with your order is due to a printing mistake on our part we are truly sorry for the inconvenience! We will reprint your order immediately and expedite the shipping at NO CHARGE TO YOU.

2: If you have just got your new personalized invitations and they are wrong due to an error on your part (Hey we all make mistakes) we will be happy to reprint your order and ship them ASAP for a discounted price, you will keep your envelopes so that you can start addressing them to save time.

*Note: All personalized products are printed/made to order and may contain slight color variances this is not considered a printing error. Please note that some products are not eligible for return. These include: personalized, sample, clearance and special order items.

We ship your order with the best logistics companies in the business USPS or UPS this way you have accurate tracking for your order all the way to you.

We offer very competitive shipping rates in four (4) flavors of shipping (Standard, Quick, Speedy and Expedited) to meet your desired delivery needs. All you need to do is click on the Shipping info tab on the product page and you will see the shipping options with the associated guaranteed delivery date. You can also select your desired shipping method in the shopping cart too.

As we process your order we will be in constant contact with you via email. Once your order ships we will send you tracking so that you will know where your order is. Just log in to the shipper's website and enter your tracking number. https://www.usps.com/ or http://www.ups.com/.

We also understand that everyone is really busy and in a rush that's why every order placed with us is given a "guaranteed delivery date" this date is the date that the Candles & Favors team promises you will have your order by.

If for some reason your order is lost or damaged let us know immediately and we will replace your order to keep you on schedule while we will work with the logistics companies to get things sorted out.

Invitations: If your order is still in the proofing stage just contact us at proofs@candlesandfavors.com or (888) 770-8341 and we will be happy to make any adjustments such as a personalization change or quantity adjustment.

Other Items: Contact us at support@candlesandfavors.com or (888) 770-8341 if your order has not been manufactured, assembled and shipped we will be happy to make any changes you require such as color adjustment, scent adjustment and so on.

*Note: We ship FAST! Most personalized orders leave our facility with in three (3) business days; we recommend proof reading of any personalization and have a fried do so as well!

Even though your candles will be hand poured to order they will ship within three (3) business days what I can say we are really fast!

All of our hand poured candles are 100% vegetable wax made from soy wax with cotton wicks and high quality scent. Our candles are free of yucky stuff like Lead, Zinc, phthalates & nitro-musks.

Even though we offer many wax colors and scents we are always adding new scents and color options for the season and we are always looking for suggestions so just email us or call and we will be happy to make that orange candle that smells like broccoli!

All of our personalized invitations are designed by our staff and a proof will be generated and sent to you via email (the email you used when you purchased your invite) within twenty four hours of your order (24hrs) in the form of a JPG attachment.

*Note: It is your responsibility to look at your proof, if you do not respond to your proof will will make every attempt to contact you via email and or phone. If for some reason we are unable to get your proof approved. Candles and Favors will not be held responsible for any delays or deadline missed and will be unable to provide you with a full refund. After 5 business days of not being able to reach customer for approval, we will send your order to print and ship. We will not be able to refund customer once the order has shipped.

Once you receive your proof just open the email attachment look it over closely and if you find that something is wrong just reply to the email with the changes that need to be made. The changes will be made quickly and we will send you a new proof. Once everything is OK just reply with the magic words PROOF APPROVED and it will go to print!

Once you have approved your proof that you received via email we will send your order to print and it will leave our facility within three (3) business days (M-F 9am to 5pm PT) shipped via USPS or UPS.

Our procedure for personalized labels and stickers is to quickly print and ship; but if you feel it is important to see a proof we want you to have total confident that your order will be correct! When placing your order just let us know you want to see a proof in the special comments section of our order page and we will email you a proof as an email attachment to the email you used during the order process within twenty four hours (24hrs)

Our stickers and labels are not waterproof, but our personalized water bottle labels may "get wet" such as putting them in a cooler or laying them in tray of ice. (we have tested this)

We have provided you with a printable sticker size sheet which is located here it can be printed with Adobe PDF reader (if you do not currently have this program installed on your computer you can get it here) Just download and print the page and cut out the different sizes to use as a reference on the item you will be placing the stickers on.

*Note: YOU MUST PRINT OUT THE FORM as the your computer screen will not give you an accurate representation of the sticker sizes "on screen"
