Shipping & Returns
|
Most orders ship within 1-3 days. Orders ship via UPS GROUND or PRIOIRTY MAIL. If you require rush service, we have several different levels of service to get your order when you need it. Please call us or email us so that we can better assist you at (760) 332-8677.
Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you make a mistake, or provide insufficient delivery information, shipping company will charge an additional delivery fee, which will in turn be passed on to you. Please also provide a street address in addition to a PO Box number, even if you normally use a PO Box. Some items cannot be shipped to a PO Box due to weight. If you are not home during the day, you may wish to ship to a work address.
Orders outside the contiguous 48 states often require additional shipping charges as the post office has recently added zoning charges. Contact us for accurate costs if you are outside the contiguous 48 states. If you have any additional questions about shipping procedures or costs, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
RETURN POLICY
Candles and Favors stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Please keep in mind that certain imperfections and variations are to be expected with all products. We cannot guarantee that we will produce exactly the same color tones in all lots. They are usually of no major consequence and of no real concern to most customers.
If, when you receive your order, it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange, or full refund. Returns must receive prior authorization, so please call for approval and address to forward items to. Allowable returns for any other reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless we made an error. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. |
