Shipping & Returns

Most orders ship within 1-3 days. Orders ship via UPS GROUND or USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Orders going outside of the United States will take longer for delivery. If you require rush service, we have several different levels of service to get your order when you need it. Please call us or email us so that we can better assist you at (888) 770-8341.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you make a mistake or provide insufficient delivery information, the shipping company will charge an additional delivery fee, which will, in turn, be passed on to you. Please also provide a street address in addition to a PO Box number, even if you normally use a PO Box. Some items cannot be shipped to a PO Box due to weight. If you are not home during the day, you may wish to ship to a work address.

Orders outside the contiguous 48 states often require additional shipping charges as the post office has recently added zoning charges. Contact us for accurate costs if you are outside the contiguous 48 states. If you have any additional questions about shipping procedures or costs, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

Once a package has shipped, UPS is not able to upgrade the transit time. Please let us know in advance if you need to change your shipping method.

Please understand that delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability, or other conditions out of Candles and Favors control. We will try to inform you if there are any delays to your order. We cannot refund you if a order was delayed by UPS or USPS.


Candles and Favors stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Please keep in mind that certain imperfections and variations are to be expected with all products. We cannot guarantee that we will produce exactly the same color tones in all lots. They are usually of no major consequence and of no real concern to most customers.

If you are not absolutely satisfied with any non-personalized product you purchased from us, simply contact us for a return authorization within 30 days and return the item for a refund or replacement less shipping charges.

  • All personalized products and custom designed products are non-returnable or refundable.
  • Special orders and personalized orders cannot be returned.

Personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless we made an error. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
