Olivia & I had no idea the paper was glossy. She wanted a flat look. The weight of the paper is good but the sheen on it isn't so great. I think it'd look classier if it were flat. & if the curlicues were embossed that would even stand out more & look more expensive! Your customer service is outstanding!
