We received our invitations, the proof process, printed product and shipping time was fantastic. The one thing I was surprised at: when we received the invitations, they were not in the shape represented online. We assumed they would be cutout to have rounded edges and the blue would have been printed to the edge - this was not the case. There was a white border all the way around which I ended up having to cut off all the invitations we ordered (a little disappointing).
